There is no doubt chemtrails and HAARP are real… this video contains a small portion of the visual evidence uploaded by skywatchers. it may come as a surprise to some of you that your own video or photo is in this video montage. collectively this evidence is indisputable, so thanks to everyone who contributed without knowing!
An article titled NASA Rocket to Create Clouds Tuesday was posted on space.com last month which reported on a project dubbed the Charged Aerosol Release Experiment or CARE with the intention of triggering cloud formation around the rocket’s exhaust particles.
We’re also conducting what climatologist James Hansen has called a “vast uncontrolled experiment.”
Looking up in the sky, one might see an array of bizarre rows and columns of misty perspiration representing a tic-tac-toe or giant X regime.
