I agree with the findings that the police used necessary force. What other options did they have, let the man continue to be violent to others? They most likely had to carry him into the station since he was trying to kick the officers. Its always easy for someone to sit and write an article about how corrupt the police are, but I would like to see them go try the job for themselves.
